I am the Regional Vet Manager for the Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project, overseeing veterinary care for the mountain gorillas in DR Congo, Rwanda and Uganda.
Before joining MGVP I was a veterinarian at the Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and before my training in veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin, I was a primate keeper at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago for 10 years. I am married, and we have two children in college back in Indiana.
